Mvumi School Trust

Child and Educational psychologist Catriona Hassall, her mother, Alison, other family members, friends and their churches have raised £4,500 for our newly-opened unit for blind or severely visually impaired students. St John's Church, Eton and Eton Wick and St James' Church, Dorney gave respectively £3,000 and £500 and £1,000 were from other events.

The funds have been applied to a special laptop, linked to an embossing printer, which translates text into Braille, along with additional equipment and supplies.

We and the blind students are so grateful for this wonderful gesture, made through a good deal of hard work. Very sincere thanks to the Hassall family and everyone who contributed.
